These highly sought after grapes deliver beautiful aromas and flavors—opening with scents of dark plum, black cherry, minerality, and a touch of black pepper. This Cabernet gives soft tannins and a supple yet lingering finish with hints of cocoa and toasty oak from two years aging in 50% new French oak barrels. Pairs well with an array of meats, cheeses, and chocolate. An excellent value wine with only 670 cases produced annually! Cheers!
