Upper Doser Star, Long Scraping Rod (Mazzer)
This upper doser star carries the longest scraping rod in Mazzer's doser lineup (~87mm), sweeping grounds evenly across all six doser chambers for consistent dosing pull after pull. As these are being phased out, they are now a special order item, and typically require 6-8 weeks for processing prior to shipping.
SPECIFICATIONS
- ~87 mm scraping rod
- Mazzer OEM #SMJSSTA04
COMPATIBILITY
- Fits: Major, Robur, Royal, Super Jolly and Stark doser models
INSTALLATION
Straightforward doser-housing swap for anyone comfortable removing the doser lid and star assembly.
PRO TIPS
- If your doser is dispensing unevenly between chambers or leaving residual grounds in the back, check this star's scraping rod for wear before assuming the whole doser needs replacing, rod length is what determines how completely each chamber gets swept.
